Please carefully read and understand the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms") that govern your rights related to jewelry design, returns, and refunds when dealing with Sambhav Jewels. By engaging with our products and services, you agree to abide by these Terms.
Rights to Design:
Design Ownership: Any custom or personalized jewelry designs created by Sambhav Jewels remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to reuse or reproduce custom designs for other clients.
Design Modifications: While we aim to bring your vision to life, design modifications may be necessary to ensure the structural integrity and safety of the jewelry piece. We will communicate and seek your approval for any significant alterations before proceeding with production.
Design Deposits: Custom or personalized jewelry orders may require a deposit, which is non-refundable once the design process has commenced. The deposit is credited towards the final purchase price.
Returns and Refunds:
Eligibility for Returns: You may return non-customized, non-personalized jewelry within 10 days of receipt, provided it is in its original condition, unworn, and accompanied by the original packaging and proof of purchase.
Custom and Personalized Orders: Customized or personalized jewelry items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. The pre-deposit amount for custom jewelry will not be refunded after the manufacturing is started.
Refund Process: Refunds for eligible returns will be processed in the suitable form of payment within 5 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Manufacturing Defects: In the event of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part in a custom or personalized jewelry piece, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us promptly with detailed information and photographs of the defect.
6-Month Warranty: We offer a limited six-month warranty on our range of jewellery valid from the date of delivery. This warranty covers only pre-existing damages, manufacturing defects or plating on the product. It does not cover wear and tear in due course. In case we cannot repair the item, we will, at our discretion, replace the item with another item of equal value. However, please do note that the warranty does not apply to the following:
- Damages due to mishandling, negligence, impact damage, accidents, tampering, etc.
- Surface finish/colour of the product and loss of stones from the product.

Loss or Damage in Transit: Loss of damage in transit will processed if provided with appropriate visual proofs, and we do not guarantee a full refund for the loss of product in transit.
General Provisions:
Communication: All communication related to rights to design, returns, and refunds should be directed to our customer service team through care@sambhavjewel.in.
Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Companies Act, 2013 Competition Act, 2002 FEMA, 1999 Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 SEBI Act, 1992 Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 Income Tax Act, 1961 Reserve bank of India Act, 1934 Contracts Act, 1872 Factories Act, 1948 and the Mines Act, 1952 Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 and the Trade Unions Act, 1926 and other regulations of the Government of India issued from time to time and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of District and Sessions Court Jaipur Metropolitan I.
Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at our discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying you through other means.
