Cancellation Policy:

Customer-initiated Order Cancellation:

You have the option to cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.

To cancel an order, please log in to your account and follow the cancellation prompts or promptly contact our dedicated Customer Support team.

Orders that have already been processed or shipped are not eligible for cancellation.

Order Cancellation by Sambhav Jewels:

We reserve the right to cancel an order under various circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Pricing inaccuracies or product description errors.

In case we cancel your order, you will be promptly notified, and a full refund will be issued for any payments made.

Return Policy:

Eligibility for Refunds:

Refunds will be issued following these terms and conditions:

To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging, within 7 days from the date of receipt.

Refund Procedure:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, you will receive an email notification confirming the approval or denial of your refund request.

Once approved, the refund will be processed, and the credited amount will be automatically returned through original payment method within 5 business days.

Items Ineligible for Refunds:

Certain items may not be considered for refunds, including:

  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Damaged or worn products.

Items not eligible for refunds will be clearly marked on their respective product pages.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, except when the return arises from an error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify our Customer Support team within 3 days of receiving the product.

We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

Our team will provide detailed instructions for returning the item, and based on the circumstances, we will either replace the product or issue a refund.

  • Shipping:
    • Shipping Time: Domestic orders are usually processed and shipped within 72 hours and get delivered within 10 business days whereas International orders differs from country to country. Please note personalized items will take longer to process. If your order has both personalized and non-personalized items, the order will be split, and the non-personalized items will be delivered beforehand.
    • Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on all orders over Rs.999. Please note that we do not offer free shipping on international orders and returns.
    • Tracking: You will receive tracking details over WhatsApp, email and SMS, once the order is shipped.
    • In case you’re ordering other items along with personalized or Gold jewelry, your order might arrive in parts.
